We are an Irish-owned cyber security company, providing world-leading Fullstack Vulnerability Management services to global customers across a wide array of industries,
helping to triage their most critical security vulnerabilities.
Core Team
The CORE team develops the features our user’s love, and have a huge impact on the efficiency of our security team through the admin-facing features we build. Our user platform has won design awards, our API gives customers broad access to their data. Our work involves a balance of front- and back-end work, most features will touch both. You won’t be working on a typical CRUD application; you’ll instead have the opportunity to solve problems unique to our industry. We care about details, we deploy often, and we place an emphasis on helping each other, whether that’s pair programming, tracking down bugs, or planning features.
Scan Team
Edgescan’s scanning processes form the beating heart of our business model. The Scan team is responsible for the accuracy, stability, and efficiency of these processes. Our work is predominantly backend focused; most of our applications are written in Ruby and Rails. We solve complex problems and create innovative solutions to enhance our suite vulnerability scanning tools targeting both networks and web applications. We work closely with the edgescan Security Operations team to ensure these tools maintain an exceptional level of quality.
We place a strong emphasis on knowledge sharing. Responsibility for our frequent deploys is shared amongst team members and input into feature design and planning is encouraged.
